KEEP ON THY FORE by Joseph C. Ogbu(JoeNwaOgbu)

Ever pray not to forget hands;
That fetched water
When throat was burning,
Tongues that truly gave soul consolation,
Words that stitched and healed a pricked heart,
Heads that made one comfortable in an alien land,
Minds that accepted one's weaknesses and unworthiness,
Legs that walked with one on a tough and rough road,
Steps that never abandoned one in the desert,
Arms that grabbed shoulders tight during a hurricane,
Fingers that placed oil on dried and dying lips,
Mouths that offered solacing advice on a wounded  heart,
Hands that provided shelter when it was heavily raining,
And palms that carried umbrella when sun visited with austerity.
Remember! Don’t Forget!
To  forgive and wish good to those who offered thee injuries,
Yes! It might be too hard to endure,
But forgive with smile, and keep life shining,
Still! It might appear unbearable,
But remember! Love and forgiveness
Ever remain the best gifts to give oneself and another,
For with these, God will ever stand to bless us.
God first! Love first!
So that the world may be more suitable for All.
