Malkia wangu, mshupavu sana, mtu mwema,

Uzee haukujui, sura huvutia, eeh Mama,

Mzuri wewe, zaidi ya wanawake wote, eeh  Mama,

Upo safi kabisa,  huna doa,  eeh Mama,

Daima natamani kukaa nawe, eeh Mama

Kwa Upendo na Heshima mkubwa, eeh Mama,

Naja kukuimbia wimbo mzuri, eeh Mama,

Sasa na mwisho wa dunia, eeh Mama,

Zumari hapa, makofi kwako, eeh Mama,

Mtu asiye na dosari, zeze inasema, eeh Mama,

Matari imechangamka, kuchoka hakuna, eeh Mama,

Kengele inasikika pote duniani, ni heshima ya Mama,

Umsaidie Mwana aishi bila kukusahau, eeh Mama,

Maisha yote tutembee pamoja, eeh Mama,

Ninapopotea uje hima kunirudisha, eeh Mama,

Kwa kuwa dunia nzuri, mambo si mepesi, eeh Mama,

Sasa kwako naleta zawadi zangu, eeh Mama,

Zilizoambatana na unyenyekevu, eeh Mama,

Naomba tucheze na tufurahi kama Mwana na Mama, eeh Mama,

Kwa maisha bila wewe hali tete, eeh Mama,

Na maisha rahisi si lele-mama, eeh Mama,

Hapa nipo, nakungojea kwa hamu, eeh Mama,

Sina kwingine kwa kwenda ila kwako, eeh Mama,

Shela yako, imepambwa kwa nyota, eeh Mama,

Wewe pendo langu na furaha yangu, eeh Mama,

Tabasamu lako huponya kila maradhi, eeh Mama,

Ni wewe Mwanamke pekee, daima nakutamani, eeh Mama,

Wewe chaguo langu si Mwingine, eeh Mama,

Joho lako huvutia moyo wangu, Mama,

Maisha yanakwenda, furaha tele, eeh Mama,

Ngoma zinapigwa, roho inarukaruka, eeh Mama,

Safari ndefu, miguu unaisukuma, eeh Mama,

Filimbi hewani, tarumbeta zinalia, eeh Mama,

Kinanda chaimba Nuru usiyefifia, eeh Mama

Haya yote, Upendo sababu, eeh Mama,

Na ndiyo masikio yanasikia, marimba yapigwa, eeh Mama,

Ahadi kwako, Mimi na Wewe, eeh Mama,

Ni kwa ajili yako, moyo hauonji unyonge, eeh Mama,

Ni Wewe mama, kila vita, Ushindi Kwako, eeh Mama,

Mpendwa jasiri, kinanda kinapanda, eeh Mama,

Tucheze sasa, moyo umekukuta, eeh Mama,

Furaha yangu na kilio changu uvipokee, eeh Mama,

Nuru yako, huondoa giza, eeh Mama,

Usiku na mchana gitaa laita jina, eeh Mama,

Mambo yote wewe wayajua, eeh Mama,

Ulimi wangu, hutangaza Upendo wako, eeh Mama,

Na ikiwa kiangazi ama masika,mimi pamoja nawe, eeh Mama,

Malkia wangu, Mwombezi wangu, Asante eeh Mama,

Bikira wangu, Maria Mwema, wewe ni wangu Mama,

Maisha yote, ombi langu, ni yote mema, eeh Mama,

Ili Safari  ya dunia, daima iambatane na neema,eeh Mama

Na moyo daima ukae kumsifu Mwanao, Yesu Mwema, eeh Mama,

Na mwisho naomba maombezi yako, eeh Mama!

PETITION BEFORE THY THRONE by Joseph C. Ogbu (JoeNwaOgbu)

Petition I kindly drop on thy door

While kneels stay unmoved on the floor

Knowing the world bids all to be humble

That the feet may ever stay with Thee not to stumble.

Dear Father, day-to-day I have this to say

To bless days and direct heart to Thy way

For heart desires nothing alone but Thee

Even when flesh bravely combats soul not to be free.

Please Lord; receive petition ringing before Thy throne

That my faith and praises may endlessly remain Thy own

And hope, to be illumined with a Celestial Light

So that love may ever rule, to keep the world bright.

Father! On my bed I draw up my petitions and plans

As dream guides heart not to be lured by the earthly flans  

But to fear not, and remain focused on the beauty of the future

Which God alone can offer to our priceless nature.

Oh my greatest Teacher! On every line rests a petition

To follow, but Thy precious direction

To be thankful ever to thy blessings seen and unseen

And to ride with Thee, so to conquer obstacles between.

So, Help thy Children, ooh Lord - Amen
